ENJOYING MG MAGAZINE NOW ON-LINE!



From January 1st 2010, Enjoying MG "The voice of the MG Owners' Club" will be published electronically on the Club Website. This exclusive benefit will enable subscribing Members around the world to view the magazine on the day of publication and will be in addition to the printed version which will still arrive through the letterbox at the beginning of every month. To view an Electronic Version of Enjoying MG, login to the Members Area and choose “Electronic Magazine” from the “Members Area” drop down menu. The current issue of Enjoying MG will be published on the 1st day of each month and will be available for viewing for the full month until the following issue replaces it.
Full instructions of all the functions for viewing the magazine are explained on the landing page in the Quick Start panel, however on the left hand side of the screen you will see a contents listing where you can click through direct to the relevant page, there is also a help icon and thumbnail listing of each page. On the left of the bottom task bar, there are icons to Exit, Print Pages or change the zoom settings. The pages can either be turned by placing your cursor on the corner of the page and clicking dragging to the left or right or by using the direction arrows at the bottom centre. There is a search facility at the top right which by entering key words will display results with direct links to the relevant pages. One of the most innovative features is the hot links that are displayed in the page margins. These hotlinks are placed near to email or website references in the page text or classified or display adverts. Simply by clicking on the hotlinks, either your email programme will automatically open so that you can send a direct email, or your web browser will open on the website referred to in the text or advert.
